did you opt in for the bet?

Yeah but the slider was not there for some dumb reason.

I had a €5 free bet credited in my account, why should I have to opt-in for using it.
It used to be that a free bet was automatically used when you had one.
I think it used to be a cash refund rather than a free bet.
Free bet has to be used on the sportsbook, exchange, as defined. If the free bet option isnt showing its probably because it is for multiples or a specific event.
Just place it on a non runner and you’ll get your fiver back (nap)

yes it used to be credited win or lose, but then again I'm on 2% so shouldn't be getting anything.

Try joining a new bookie. Free bets galore until you refuse to go on their casino site.
betfair sportsbook is fantastic. it is not a normal bookmaker
paddy power is by far the best non-exchange bookmaker imho
