Bug or System Change

Sorry if this is posted somewhere else and I've missed it. Been busy recently and not had time for a bet, but this week I've found that when I log in the morning to the exchanges that I only have the option to accept the prices on offer, rather than put in the price I'm hoping to get. I'm using the app rather than the website. Is this a bug or have they changed it so you can't ask for a price anymore? It doesn't make much sense.
