ok well without telling you to clear cookies, one last thing u can try - click on my account and get the menu up, put your cursor over the account statement line - right click, then select open link in new tab, give it 30 secs see what it does

This morning mine will allow me to view page 1 of my account statement but not page 2 onwards!

Ah - clearing my cache and cookies for the last week in chrome seemed to do the trick - my account statement is back. BF are also e-mailing me an account statement. Sharing in case others also trying to sort. :)

Surely that’s wrong or else every time a horse doesn’t come out of the stalls or refuses to race or jockey falls off when the flag goes down will now have to be declared a non runner could become messy and surely a precedent has now been set

Can’t remember the horses name but I backed one a few weeks ago & it was an identical incident & it was definitely declared a runner.we need a uniformity in these decisions,it’s not rocket science.
