Must be a betfair thing. Thought I was cracking up Ha ha thanks

I posted same on Site Issues yesterday.
After chatting with Apple for ages, we concluded it wasn’t them or me, but Betfair. Only occurred 4 days , ago after a Betfair App Update. It must have gone wrong then , so they need to look at what they did on that Update. |

I’m not on Twitter or Facebook so can’t ever get on to the Help Desk.
Only ever used email to contact them, but that don’t work anymore. Anyone who is tech good, could perhaps give them a nudge. |

I wrote to them last night on twitter - no reply just wrote again there now .

@RothmanMike - Can you not use the Contact Us thing on the website?
All - App still rotates on Android for me, thankfully. |

Does android = IPad ?
Definitely not working on IPad. Also a few other smaller issues, but Rotation the main bug. |
|
By:
No, Android is the "other" major operating system for phones and tablets that is not iOS (the operating system iPhones and iPads use)

Same here so I’m not the only one

Ditto. Anyone had any feedback from CS?

Still no movement here.
Any techs chaps managed to contact Betfair yet ? |

Landscape mode has been removed from our native iOS Exchange app as this was a necessary change to fulfill Apple guidelines.
The change means that, if you want to view market depth, you'll now have to click on the market depth button, rather than rotate your device. Should you wish to use our site in landscape mode on an Apple iPad device it's best to use the mobile browser instead of the native Exchange app. Apologies for any issues caused by this change! |

Another unnecessary change results in unusable site.
Why update/ change when it ain’t bust. Who initiates these changes. |
|
By:
Are you really suggesting that Apple asked for the amendments from Betfair ?
|
|
By:
Market depth button?where’s that?
|
|
By:
I’ve deleted the app from my iPad and now just use desktop in landscape mode.
