Its not free money. I think the best bet is Harris at 400 or so to 1. Biden has to live another 2 months and possibly longer if the legal wrangles go on before he becomes president, and he is not in the first flush of youth. I am backing this up with 50p of my own money.

Clinton (65.85m) secured more votes than Trump (62.99m) yet Trump became President; 20m more voted in 2020 yet Trump increased his votes by only 7m - 13 did not vote for Trump.
Trump lost because he secured less popular votes than Biden. He also lost because he did not secure as many votes on Electoral Colleges. In a nutshell Trump lost on every count. |

@driver there are masses of trades in the market, so it will be a lot lot less than £500m of funds being paid out. As I said money market rates are virtually nothing and there is no way bf make any significant money, in fact because customer funds are held and trust and if the bank holding them went down, so would betfair, they prob have to pay some sort of insurance to cover for that eventuality.

Slightly off subject but I notice Biden phoned Johnson first in front of Macron and Merkel. Yes the US is the world's most powerful country both financially and military wise but Biden is wise enough to know where his bread is buttered imo.
You only have to look at the last two invasions of Iraq to know that the UK was America's best sparring partner....plus the intelligence we share. If he put's the UK at the back of the pack for a trade deal.....fkc him. We've stood alone before whilst most of Europe capitulated... |

We could go into a long debate about that sparrow but just as a matter of interest we now have the most advanced aircraft carrier in the world. Not as big as the US carriers but the most advanced. That said it is manned by US built planes. We need each other imo or no more Scotch exported to the US. Let them drink their rot gut!

It acquires a certain taste bud sparrow. I used to dabble in the late eighties but only a couple along with my beer. That said about thirty years ago I was in a pub not far from my home and met in with a Glaswegian who was drinking Bells whisky straight up. (Not malt) We were having a good conversation and I thought I would follow him in.
I must of had approx.14-16 nips straight. Felt merry but OK. The problem was that these Bells whisky's were basically lying in my stomach and not quite reaching my bloodstream. I went to the toilet an hour later say and ''bang'' the whole lot hit my coconut. To this day I've no idea how I got home but the lass I was going out with at the time said it took her 15 minutes to undress me and put me to bed. That's a true story I may add and I've never touched a drop since. If I do have a 'nip' it's usually vodka and orange but mostly stick to lager. |

I can tell a similar story stewarty. On my 44th birthday I drank 13 whiskies and 3 pints of lager so the stewardess of our club later told me. I was so ill afterwards that I never touched whisky again.

Indeed sparrow. Malt whisky is nice but I couldn't look at it now. The Japanese to the best of my knowledge is Scotland's biggest market for it.
Like I said if I do touch spirits it's usually vodka and a mixer. That said, although rarely, I can enjoy a Remy Martin in a warm glass or a coffee with Martell in it. |
