So, what you are saying is fraud is acceptable providing there is no evidence that it put the result in doubt?
I was wondering at what level of fraud is acceptable and if the loser claims there is fraud but gets ridiculed for that claim at what level the fraud has to be for that person to be right? |
|
By:
It is principle of law in most free countries, that firstly the conduct complained of has to cause a loss and also there has to be causation - ie the conduct if proven has to be the cause of a loss. So the remark isn't in the least unusual. These are civil cases not criminal.

By:
So Dave, what you are saying is fraud is acceptable providing there is no evidence that it causes loss. Andrew I not talking about deception. I am talking about fraud.
"deception is an instance of actions and/or schemes fabricated to mislead and/or delude someone into errantly believing a lie or inaccuracy while fraud is any act of deception carried out for the purpose of unfair, undeserved and/or unlawful gain". |
|
By:
The word used in the article you highlighted Andrew was fraud.

No, i'm not stating that fraud is acceptable, but there is no evidence of it anyway. What i am saying is in any election in the world, US, UK, Germany, Sweden or Timbuctoo there will always be irregularities or minor deception ny a few. It's no different here. Trump stated in 2016 the election was going to be ****, probably because he didn't think he would win. He's doing the same in 2020. I find it mind boggling that some are suggesting that the Democratic party in 50 states colluded to cheat a Presidential election is one of the most security conscious countries in the world. |

bigrust, I don't know why you are missing the obvious despite my posting it twice.
a) These are civil cases and to succeed in a civil case you need to prove a loss and that the conduct complained of caused that loss. b) It is not a criminal case, where issues like fraud and more likely making fraudulent statements to courts would be considered and addressed. |

I posted the Associated Press Article simply to show carrot right the Republicans have had many cases thrown out of court. There is a 9 page list of them in the article. Did you see the Republican 'star witness' video ? She's ridiculed on social media and rightly so. Even now, many Republican senators are distancing themselves from DT. |
|
By:
the whole fraud claim is a scam to draw in donations from dimwits - over $200 million so far which it seems Trump and his family can spend as they see fit
if there was any real evidence of fraud it would go to the proper authorities for investigation - but of course there isn't any evidence so there's nothing to investigate. so instead we get a stream of frivolous law suits backed by nothing to keep up the narrative for the dimwits to believe |
|
By:
Probably the same number the press here was saying would defeat the tier bill by Boris. Unless I hear it from their mouths I doubt it and so should you.
No Dave you are missing point I made. I am not interested whether it was a civil or a criminal lawsuit the question I asked is was fraud committed? You may think any level of fraud is OK providing it doesn't affect the result, as appears here, but I don't think any level of fraud is OK. OK? |
|

Sadly, it appears, some people are prepared to accept anything just to win. I hope I am not one of those.

Sadly, it appears, some people are prepared to accept anything just to win. And once again you fail to understand. If fraud was the cause of Biden winning, the courts would be taking action. Fraud isn't acceptable (as is making false statements to courts similarly unacceptable) and these will be investigated. |

Ah mate this is honestly so embarrassing.
Firstly, it's impossible to tell what she has in her hand. It could be literally ANYTHING small enough to fit in a hand. Secondly, you can clearly see she puts it in her back pocket in the footage and doesn't give it to him. Thirdly, if you want to make some secret hand off, you probably wouldn't do it in a room full of people. Finally, the leap here is massive. Even if it's A USB stick, the idea that it contains votes and she had the time, opportunity, ability and authority to switch things over is not only ridiculous on a basic level, but ignores the fact that paper ballots matched the machine totals so it was impossible for votes to have been switched or deleted. Furthermore, nobody was told to leave. Votes were not illegally counted but witness by a state observer. There was a leak. Even if we accept that your 98% figure is correct - probably not smart given the accuracy of everything else in your post - it would not be unreasonable to expect votes cast in a heavily Democrat area via a method that Democrats are massively more likely to use to be 9 to 1. |

why cant these c@nts realize that clever people decided to vote by post so that they wouldn't spread the corona, whereas the imbeciles went to the polls cos they think that the corona is a conspiracy to vaccinate them with little computers for monitoring purposes. 9 to 1 would be a minimum expectation.

^^It is posts like that are depressing. I never realised that when I backed Biden. I hope you posted that information on here before the election Charlton otherwise that makes you likely to be one of c@nts as you call them.
Sgt. How do you know it was impossible for the votes to have been switched or deleted? |
|
By:
Because the paper totals matched the totals in the machine and the hand count verified the numbers. This is really simple. They hand counted the physical ballots and got the totals for each candidate, and those totals matched what the machines said they should have.
And anyone with a bit of insight knew that Democrats were going to massively favour voting by post or early. Trump's entire grift was based on this. https://www.axios.com/trump-claim-election-victory-ballots-97eb12b9-5e35-402f-9ea3-0ccfb47f613f.html here's an article from Nov 1st telling you what was going to happen. |

So Sgt you don't know it was impossible for the votes to have been switched or deleted. That's OK. You are simply repeating what you have been told. And, of course, you always believe what you have been told. Nothing wrong with that.

Andrew you need to differentiate between Trump action in bringing lawsuits and those bought by individuals , groups and campaigns

By:
A federal judge on Monday tore apart Republican efforts to overturn the election results in Michigan, calling the lawsuit itself — brought by President Donald Trump’s electors in the state — an apparent effort to damage democracy.
“In fact, this lawsuit seems to be less about achieving the relief Plaintiffs seek — as much of that relief is beyond the power of this Court — and more about the impact of their allegations on People’s faith in the democratic process and their trust in our government,” https://www.politico.com/news/2020/12/07/judge-rejects-overturn-michigan-election-results-443411 |

Probability says Biden is not the most popular president ever. One does not simply get 15 million votes more than Obama or Clinton. Before you say "but Trump is the worst president ever!" his 74 million votes say otherwise.

Sergeant Cecil , if you cannot see her put the object into his pocket you need to see an optician, The leak did occur but it was a broken toilet that was fixed by 8-07 am just as the polls were opening , it was not a burst water main and it did not effect the count after the voting closed , the state official was not there when the count restarted , they were told to leave or do you think the poll watchers and the media just decided to leave of their own accord ,

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/wires/ap/article-9027087/Georgia-certify-election-results-showing-Biden-won.html
ATLANTA (AP) - Georgia's top elections official said his office plans to recertify the state's election results Monday after a recount requested by President Donald Trump confirmed once again that Democrat Joe Biden won the state. "We have now counted legally cast ballots three times, and the results remain unchanged," Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said during a news conference at the state Capitol. |

By:
Do you think it's a coincidence that Obama got 98% and 93% of the black vote? The very fact that there is such a thing as "black vote" or "latino vote" shows that race is very important in elections.
Blacks in general hate Trump, black women doubly so. If you think a black female democrat judge would ever impartially rule in favor of republicans I have a bridge to sell you. |
|
By:
In the Georgia hearings, the democrat representative said "that was debunked a week ago" to video evidence that was just presented for the first time ever. Democrats will always say the evidence is invalid no matter what it is.

Andrew you need to differentiate between Trump action in bringing lawsuits and those bought by individuals, groups and campaigns On the contrary, you need to review the list (9 pages) that show many cases initiated by The Republican party/senators or Trumps own lawyers including Sidney Powell who probably resides in La La land. All cases thrown out of court for lack of evidence and several plaintiffs ridiculed. Biden won the election by 306 electoral votes to 232. No states will be over-turned. Trump is out of office on January 20th 2021. Nothing is going to change this and DT supporters need to accept the reality. |

Trump was advised to declare martial law, if he's smart he'll listen. Imagine you're Trump. If Biden sits on the throne, you will go to prison, your family will suffer, and history will remember you as a failure. There is literally nothing to lose and everything to gain by declaring martial law and draining the swamp. If democrats are allowed to win, America will be a one-party country forever. There will be no reason for a republican to run a campaign ever again because even the best candidate would be a 100/1 shot. Would you risk hundreds of millions with a 100/1 chance of winning?

yep that's what's going to happen |

Trump was benevolent enough not to persecute Clintons and Obama but bloodthirsty Democrats want to lock up everyone who ever supported Trump. They made an official list and declared their intent. And you think they are the good guys.
