when i bet in a race you advertise 4 places i expect to get paid if my horse is 4th .i wouldnt have had a bet in a 16 runner hcap. if you were paying 3 places . so there was a non runner which left 15 runners .you should still pay 4 places .this is a disgraceful online betting site totally stacked against the punter and i will never bet or recommend this site to anyone .

paddockalert - you were told in your other thread, presumably deleted, that betfair acted absolutely fairly here and a reduction in places due to NRs is standard with all bookmakers and has been for decades.
