every race at Wolves has been dreadful for me today...

ATR tracks are awful. Both Wolverhampton and Yarmouth tonight are unplayable. RTV tracks are ok though.

I messaged ATR last week but they've ignored me. Feel free to email the ATR Chief Exec. firstname.surname@attheraces.com Not that'll make any difference. I was told earlier this year the only one that can put pressure on ATR is their bookmaking partners. Over to Betfair..... but god knows if they've done anything other than "apologise and we'll pass it over to the relevant team!" is the most you'll get off them. I complained on day 1 of resumption, here we are day 10 and they still won't tell me what, if anything, they have done!

The ATR LV feed is clearly not fit for purpose, my question is when it's as bad as it is today, why don't they just take it down, whether you're an I/R player or not the quality is sub standard. Why don't Betfair think that although it's the providers fault why are they happy to allow it under their name and on their platform, showing them in a very poor light? |

Jamesdean. We can complain until we are blue in the face. Betfair (read Paddy Power) will do nothing. The response will be 'we will pass your
message on to the appropriate department' and that's the last you'll hear from them. |

Eventually got a reply from ATR. Advice don't use the minimum setting, so make slower pictures even slower. They have had no notification of any issues with their streaming from any betting partner and yes the best way to put pressure on them is from the betting partner.

Always seemed a conflict of interest to me for the rights to be sold to a lackie of the bookies.
By all means bookies can show their own delayed filth on their own website, but for them to control the production of the pictures cant be justified in my mind. |

simple solution would be for betfair to buy the rights to stream over the internet when they come up for sale , then they will be in control

Perhaps Betfair should start saying to ATR/ARC etc if you won't provide low latency pictures we will recommend people get them from the face timers who are stealing the pictures from your tracks.

Andrew, BCM1 was the only one who was any good out of those, I remember when he left the next one came on like billy big b8lls saying how he'll be on the case to sort any problems...I think that was the last we heard from him.
