Has anyone had dealings with this company?
My wife and I were intending to book a package through them for Cheltenham next year as it coincides with a big wedding anniversary. However, there are quite a few negative reviews on Facebook suggesting that they are not giving refunds for events cancelled as a result of the virus which seems a bit off.
Anyone had any good or bad experiences?
