Loper contact betfair and get all transactions in the last few seconds voided due to late suspension,if that fails report it to gambling commission

betfair can clearly see a problem if they're threatening to close accounts down ....

Betfair has a duty of care to manage punters money for which they charge commission,in this case where transactions were made after the result is known they are duty bound to retrospectively void all transactions made after the result was known.

cancelled them and ... ?  if you get caught robbing a bank do they just ask for the money back

Betfair employ a raceday engagement controller to suspend markets in this situation.
If he is there, it has happened because he has fallen asleep or the result was known to someone before the ding dong.

wd howy on that guess..on the slo mo it was impos to split them..although i did say in office far side or a dh.

When you can't split them everyone else is a guesser ? I did play on the mirror image this time not the actual horses. It was very tight but it wasn't one that needed a blow up. You always have to be prepared to be wrong but as you say if I thought far side had won very unlikely to get anything worse than dh.
