Why do they bother?
Meetings are either abandoned or run on almost untraceable ground.

I've not been to a jumps meeting @ Lingfield for about 20 years. Watching horses literally staggering home is not my idea of a fun afternoon.
Its not as if the course needs the fixtures given the AW they have.
Could it be better used for summer jumping
