Horse Racing Live streaming on Betfair phone app

Yesterday ( and recently ) there was hardly any streaming available on the betfair exchange app. At best it was very sporadic  ( some races at Southwell but not all ). Also when when it said Live Video was available it turned out that it wasn't. Has the minimum amount gone up ? Any else had the same problems ?
