Seem to remember last year in my local shop they said it was capped at 1k.

Anybody know if this is per individual bet or per betting slip or what the current situation is?

I have a L15 with 3 drifted winners and SP makes a big difference to the settlement.

Cheers.

The maximum payment to any one client in respect of any Paddy Power concession (i.e. Best Price guaranteed and Lucky 15/31/63 bonuses) is £50,000 per day.

movewithetimes - I have seen that but fairly sure that limit only applies to online bets and shops are treated a lot differently with BOG.

Ok not used shops for 15 years plus, hope it's not 1K Sad

that's with a grid card, dont think they do BOG on bets not placed with a  grid card.
Report Fashion Fever November 26, 2019 4:23 PM GMT
it maybe 50k max

but only the first £100 of your bet is eligible for BOG
Report Fashion Fever November 26, 2019 4:26 PM GMT
£200 3/1 Placed

SP 6/1 you would only get £100 6/1
Report Deplasterer November 26, 2019 4:32 PM GMT
I see what you mean fashion, yes only grid customers, dealer get bog

Turns out in my local shop BOG bonus is £1k per slip.  It's nice to have the extra but would have been another £750 if full BOG paid.  With 4 out of 4 the difference would have been around £15k Shocked
Report Deplasterer November 26, 2019 5:48 PM GMT
Vis, if done online would you have got the extra £750?
Report TheVis November 26, 2019 8:39 PM GMT
I would assume so on a clean account where BOG applies, yes..... not an option for me though

in ireland with pp bog applies online mostly, now my memory is vague but when hedgehunter won the grand national i was in one of their shops on the friday and done a 200 double like a butterfly @ 6/4 and hedgehunter @9/1, they use to have a sign in the shops which said somethinhg like "best odda gauranteed up to 1000, 500 e.w." my bet came in and when i went to collect they paid out 5k, i got onto pp and said sp was 5/2 on the butterfly and i took 9/1 hedgehunter so i should have been paid 7k, they said bog only applied to singles,i argued that i was in the shop 20 minutes before the butterfly race and if i knew their rule i would have put 200 on at 6/4 as a single, when it drifted to 5/2 and won i would have got paid the better price and then would have put the 700@ 9/1 on hedgehunter, they hadn't got a leg to stand on and paid me the extra 2k, the very next day all the signs in the shops carried the small print "applies to singles only"

That can't be right..You win less than if you hadn't taken the prices.

The £1000 limit should apply on top of the SP returns and not on top of the early prices.

Many people would only take the prices because they think they can't lose out.
