in chrome click the 3 small dots top right..click settings..scroll to bottom click advance..scroll to site settings..scroll down to flash and click..if it says 'blocked' move the slider to the right till it says ask 1st..then try blv. |

in firefox at top left of page click tools > options...down left side extensions and themes..on shockwave flash click the 3 small dots and select 'ask to activate'..then wen you open blv it will ask you to enable.
