I hadn't looked for a while, but yes, seems to be missing.
I used to use it for putting Exch Multis on from the phone, but since they have gone the only use I can think of for it is to get to the Tote site and my Tote usage is confined to muggy placepots at the major festivals.

I had problems with this for ages, tried asking someone at customer service but got no further. I use the site for betting at BSP and, as someone said above, need to alter prices and amounts when non-runners occur. However, I did stumble across a solution. I put the befair web address in on my mobile and it automatically goes to the app rather than the full website. Then I go to my settings and select 'desktop' and it instantly puts me on to the full site. Hope it works for others.

The Full Site option has disappeared completely from my Apple IPad this week. No problems on my PC, but blooming inconvenient when I'm out and about trying to use IPad. Hope they can correct this problem soon.

Some mobile OS have an option to request the desktop site. This is what Nobetterjockeyridingtoday is referring to. Load up the BF web page and then look for this setting in your phone browser. You might get lucky. Works on chrome on my android phone.

On an iPhone, load www.betfair.com in the Safari browser, and in the top left you'll see the letters aA. Christ knows what it means, but if you click on it you get an option for Desktop Browser.
Click on that, and after a lot of re-direction to the mobile site, re-loading, returning to the previous page, etc., you'll get the full site available to work with.
Swearing and shouting at your phone also helps in this process.
