Most times when i try log in i get a message that my username or password is wrong.in the last 6 weeks betfair have made me change my password on numerous occasions and its getting to be a BIG pain in the arse,could someone in betfair sort this problem out ,it is so frustrating and the FUN HAS STOPPED,and we all know the advise about WHEN THE FUN STOPS.and its really getting to the point of moving to a different gambling site because "believe me"THE FUN HAS STOPPED

Its my guess that betfair are losing about 10,000 customers per day because of this problem ,but as usual nobody cares.
10,000 customers a day but you're the only Forumite to report it? Doesn't feel very likely imo.
anyway,this is what is happening,when a customer can not log in betfair send you a code to punch in and change your password,i have changed my password 6 times so far,but i am fed up with it,i guess the other 9,999 customers just moved on to another site because they got fed up also.
if i log out i have to get another set of numbers to get back in,so this is more than likely my last time ever on this site,because i have had enough,this is the straw that broke the camel's back,so i will say my good bye's to you all now,because if i can not get logged in the next time,i will go purple in the face,i am not going to punch more numbers in that they send me by text every time i try to log in just to get into a gambling site .so thanks to everyone for the last 16.5 years of fun and laughter but alas everything ends at sometime in this case it was betfair that spoiled the FUN.

next time you venture outside Brassy, ask a few people if they've ever heard of Betfair. i'll save you the bother, they haven't.

Hulk knows what's going on with the greedy green bots. Anyone with a punting brain should be able to see it.
by the way,the new bots are from China and are run on mercury time and are undetected on the fake site .IMVHO
brassneck, have you noticed how they occasionally shift horses positions in the market just as you're about to place your bet?
They have eased up on rotation of horse race positions and customers are starting to dribble back,BUT THAT IS NOT ENOUGH ,PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST BETFAIR ANY MORE BECAUSE OF THAT ACTION.If they post that they will never do it again they will be admitting guilt and will get a heavy fine ,imvho,if they continue to do it their licence will be revoked IMVHO ,and that is the PARADOX.
rearranging horses into betting order should really be a hanginng offence brassie.
