When did Betfair stop the Timeform write up please?

When I click on an offer in my account/exchange current bets folder - it does not take me to that event (open that up), the betfair page stays on the event I was originally looking at for a couple of minutes then I get

Could Not Connect
Description: Could not connect to the requested server host.

How do I solve that?

The man means well but I have no idea where this padlock is and I am on chrome.

Look at the address bar at the top of the page.  It'll contain "https://www.betfair.com/exchange/plus/" etc?

Look slightly to the left of the "https"

On the OP's topic - TF data on horses good for me, but seems to have vanished from dogs some time in the last couple of weeks.

Sorry if its obvious but have you got the little Timeform box ticked at the head of the racecard? Its all ok on chrome for me.

OP - I sometimes get same problem and I find that moving onto another race and then going back to first racecard and the TF write up appears...

Thanks Donnie. That did the trick albeit I have no idea why it became 'unticked'.

I was the same stewarty,but managed to realise it myself an hour or so ago. Like you I have no idea how it became unticked.
