Thanks FOYLESWAR. I know the rules and accept them but would feel better if I could see the exact time of declaration as a non-runner. I seem to remember seeing prices offered after declaration time in the past. It should be verifiable. I just can't find it.

Thanks all. Looks like Hermosa is still in race but unlikely to run. That explains why time of withdrawal is not available. Problem solved.
