In Gruss transaction log the information doesnt correlate with the information in the betting assistant bet window

I got 2 partly matched bets in the last race, the transaction log says the bets were accepted at 14:02:05 and took 1166ms to go in

In the bet window it says the bets were matched at 14:02:15 (which could be explained if the bets were waiting to get matched)

Except at 14:02:09 it shows that I cancelled all bets

So either the clock of both actions isnt the system clock, or something fishy is going on?

Is the transation log the timings taken from the personal computer and the bet time logs in BA bet window the time of the exchange?

confirmed
the transaction log time isnt of much use

In fact the transaction log is on no use. It doesnt tell you whether the bet was matched or not it just says the exchange received it, what happens or doesnt happen after that point isnt shown, so a fast latency would be irrelevant if the exchange doesnt match the bet
