Shame was very funny back in the 70s/80s but like other great comedians got booted into touch by the PC brigade. Seemed very bitter later in life as no one would give him a break. RIP Freddie!Sad

Saw him in Blackpool when teenager he was walking down the middle aisle of the audience bouncing his microphone off mine and others heads.

He was naturally funny as the likes of Tommy Cooper and always on the edge.

Owned Minniehoma - 1994 Grand National winner; won on the day Luton lost 2 - 0 to Chelsea in a Wembley FA Cup semi-final and the only time I've missed watching the National live since Red Rum nurtured my interest on horse racing in 1973.
R.I.P.

A meal of fermented egg and a camel toe forced comic Starr to leave the show......

I think Freddie himself would find that amusing..R.I.P. Freddie.

He was bitter ( and you can understand ) as he was hit with legal aid costs of between £750k and £960k - depending on what article you read - despite having his name cleared in a court of law regarding historical allegations ,,  cleared in court and it costs him over three quarters of a million , bear this in mind when you think that a terrorist sympathiser is receiving Legal Aid help to try and get her GB citizenship back ..... TV didn't want to know him after the court case

Good to hear he is still dead, not like this Jesus character who seems to reincarnate once a year.
