I have to disagree with Delta - assuming you mean bets on the BF Exch - I was in Portugal in January and February and the desktop site was splashed with a page telling me betting was banned from my location or words to the effect.

You have to list yourself as being based in the UK. Tunnelbear should be ok I use Le VPN which does a seven day free trial.

So long as I logged on using the phones data, it still seemed to work through the wi-fi on the few occasions I forgot to switch them over. Logging straight in through the wi-fi won’t work.
