Should be slung really but UK stewards so useless in these instances I'd not be surprised. Checked, stopped riding yet only lost a nose. Should be a formality but probs keep the race

How did they bet on the stewards please somebody,watched the replay and I would have backed it to get slung .Switched off at 6.05
,watching the England rugby debacle cost me.

I initially layed Salute the Soldier at 1.1 in the photo with the expectation of a stewards being called, and it was long odds on immediately after stewards was announced, with Mappletoft suggesting that the stewards probably concerned something happening behind the winner, i backed it back at 1.54. Executive Force which i thought would get the race i backed at 3.1 5 mins later and once they had shown the head on backed again at 1.91 another 4 mins later.

Thanks stewarts , looks like I missed an early Christmas ,that looked about a 1.2 chance to me ,admittedly not having seen the head on.
