Got a new bank card and deposited in here, now unable to withdraw to this card as can't withdraw more than deposited?

It's usually because you've got another card registered with a positive Deposit balance. It's enforced to stop you moving money between cards. If this is your situation, remove the card with the positive Deposit balance.
It is the Betfair rules.
Security reasons.
One quick call should suffice.
I can remember having to withdraw to paypal to clarfy my account on occassions after registering a new card.
