Drone Marshalls to be employed at most courses from Feb 1.....they will have a device which will catch drones with a net......

Is that legal? Racecourses are not a security risk as airports is unless small planes or helis are landing which is infrequent. I do not think they have exclusivity on the space above the venue either.

Damn things should be banned and anyone caught using one should be locked up.

They have the rights to the broadcast though so breaking the rules with the drones unless they pay the same as SIS etc
