yes how can u be sure blv has speeded up again  and its not the racecourse delaying the pics around the track except of course the boxes where the elite players are trading

All tvs on track should be inline with offline LV, thats what the regulators are for.
To say technology is variable and delays of LV depend on how good a connection the user has has no bearing whatsoever on the need for transmissions on course to be regulated.

blv is around 1 sec behing live

well if thats true willie then surely theres less players on track now unless the track have reduced seat prices for the elite
