Been refused a refund as Customer Services said my BFSP bet was placed in running. All my Bets Are BFSP and i have to ring everytime
i win on this Promotion. Some They Pay some not.
So are all BFSP Bets placed in Running?
Are BFSP Gamblers ruled out of this Promotion.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to place a Betfair SP bet - "In-Running"

Straight forward £10 bets on BFSP no lays all Longshots.
Had this Problem 5 times now 4 eventually paid 20 25 minutes each call told will email me never do.Different answers every time. Latest answer BFSP Bet got matched in play. Another 20 minute call tomorrow. Thanks for all replies.

I find this company hopeless and have little alternative.

The sad thing is it will often cost them more in staff live chat time

Any shortfall of funds (to Match BSP Bets) from/in the SEPARATE BSP Market - is made up/covered by the 'Cross-Matcher' BOT then using UNmatched Backs and Lays from the PRE-Race Market.

they don't have the answer to your query on the answer script, and none of them have ever had a bet in their life. so they've just reverted to making any old rubbish up in the hope that you will accept it and be on your way ...

I was on livechat as noticed Meydan tote listings were missing and wanted them uploaded, I had to explain what TOTE was and also explain what Meydan is and what country it pertained to, it was akin to speaking to a martian that had just landed on earth who had just walked out his spaceship

How can a starting price bet be placed in running, if I submit a bet into the market with BFSP options set into an inpplay market it gets rejected. Are you betting via the website or using some software as I think Gruss will remove SP persistence settings if the market is already in running to avoid it getting rejected.
If any of those are losers I'd ask for your money back as they were set to match at BFSP not in running. There's a completely separate persistence for in running bets.

^ It is the CLUELESS CUSTOMER SERVICES who are claiming that the BSP bets, "were placed in-Running." - which they, obviously COULD NOT be ... and NOT the Original Poster danny.

mm well spotted LB, seems you've been banjaxed by the smallprint terms danny then had the disappointment maximised by CS. The CS is dismal though find it similar to the level of disservice, lack of basic exchange knowledge, delivered before the PP takeover, just exacerbated by even less accountability from current live chat incarnation.
still trying to work out how you explained what meydan was to them - it's like camel racing in the desert, the favourites never win ...

Latest. Customer Services sent me TCs for this Promotion and yes they are right BSP is not allowed for this Promotion, how i missed this i do not know. Maybe getting too long in the Tooth.Still does not explain answer BSP Bet was matched in running. Also been paid out 4 times all Bsp bets. expecting them to take £40 back.

From what I know of the general lack of exchange and product knowledge of CS (excluding on Twitter, whose agents are usually pretty able), I suspect they don't know what "in running" actually means. To them it might simply mean 'during the running of this promotion'.
