i heard that as sky racing is using digital feed the same as ruk , that the pics will only be 1.5 seconds behind live. is that the case? or is sky racing still miles behind ruk?

be much lower now that the service you are getting is of a much worse quality/advantage and theres cheaper yet near same speed alternatives playing from home  |

There seems plenty money at times in a race in running, for example nearing the finish - so why not earlier in races?
