Presumably - It means some MONEY actually on Deposit in your Account....
From what you say, about, "never bet on here" - and goodness knows why you adopt such a short-sighted stance - if you are HERE - it looks as if you do NOT have any Money on Deposit.
Are you Logged in to the Betting Site - or just Logged-In to the Forum? - on a separate link, as many users are, thus allowing you to post on the Forum - BUT NOT, therefore, allowed to see the FULL Price movements on the Markets, and the Faster Refresh - for which you need to be Logged-In to the BETTING part of the site.
