I have a scan of a bet a betting slip of last years Arc.
How do I upload it. It won't let me drag and drop it in the box where I'm typing. What am I doing wrong.
It's in .jpg form but does it have to be reduced to a certain size first ?

My OAP's £200 winter fuel allowance was my stake.
I'm having a nightmare with this uploading photo thing.
At the moment I've got the scan uploaded with 'Pending Approval' above it.
Watch this space it could take a fortnight.

Covered the 'Pending approval' angle in the PM sent on Saturday morning, STATSMAN.
Anyway, looking at happysandwich's Photo Gallery, it appears the photo has finally been approved.

The ARC was run on the 1st October winter fuel allowance released between November/December.
