Tatenen was talking horse Nicholls novice chaser who they brought to leopardstown to contest the grade 1 novice chase there on Boxing Day. He went off big odds on and got beaten by a 3 miler. Amazingly he was sent off favourite for the Arkle at Cheltenham on his next run where he disgraced himself . Beaten again at Aintree , his star went into freefall and he finished up his career with Richard Rowe

Tataniano was a big price recruit from Irish points , another hype horse and another bag of shiite.
