result stands but deadheat 2nd so in future,you could get a winner badly interfering with one of the deadheaters but not the other,so winner gets kicked out because stewards deem interference stopped him reaching best position,but only gets deadheat when its obvious he must have beaten the other deadheater wiv a clear run, ,

any examples of this happening in the past
