Odd, looked like he was coming there with a challenge but the horse put down at the last (not the jock's fault imo), and if you're being kind you'd say he's then accepted it, but the race wasn't over and it was far from convincing on the run in imo.

think he'd accepted it before he left the parade ring ...

You'd have thought (as o'Neill barely trains winners these days), they'd be eager to win whatever race they could.

Obviously a nice type and you don't want to see it beaten up, but one tap of the whip and a bit more in the way of a drive would have been enough.

His effort was non existent,should be asked why ,also allowed his mount to lug in behind the winner with effort to keep it straight.
