I have few bookies accounts left...most are banned but mainly cant be bothered with most of them.

Coral for some reason for the past year have always let me get a sizeable chunk on?

Anyway i had a successful month with them, but crucially ONLY PLACING MUG BETS.
(For example:

lucky 15s that provide no winner bonus when i cba go bookies,
distance betting if i cant be bothered to summarise more than a couple of races form
the odd cricket bet of a sizeable amount )

Eventually they made me a VIP which entails nothing much, but funny nevertheless.

Today i was emailed saying that my account is now restricted...i can have as much as i like with the casino though!

How low will these firms go, from VIP to completely restrictedScared

I could maybe understand if i was blatantly having it big on single horses or dogs or whatever...

But the 3 bets in lead up to the ban were all 3 way distance markets (all 3 options 13/8) a classic mug bet.

Do these firms want business or not?

"Do these firms want business or not?" Obviously. Just from the right clientele> Clueless, ill-disciplined mugs who'll spunk their wages on anything that moves, take inferior odds, chase losses etc..

Please understand the bookie that offers stand-out TPs for mid, high stakes will gladly offer them 24/7 to anyone who plays like they belong in the right clientele. To anyone exhibiting behaviour which proves or even suggests they'll be beating them over the course(with disciplined staking plan, refusal to be enticed or sucked into their shytie casino games and virtual nonsense) will hardly be welcomed with similar warmth. We can moan from now until Maddie cops stop demanding more cash, bit it won't change the fact that the bastards will always love and cherish those who contribute in giving them a fortune,, as opposed to those who contribute in weakening their bottom line.

I understand it’s nothing new, barely even worth getting wound up about but if nothing else it’s funny.

Possibly the most ironic advert in the world?

“We are bringing great grilling to Great Britain, DONT BET SILLY BET SAVVY

Possible solutions?

Just stop giving them your custom. Stop opening up new accounts, joining different firms with the silly idea that "this one will be different." It won't. Unless a law comes in which forces them to accept liabilities from all as 1, those that appear to have an edge over them will be restricted/banned at their will. The only solution is to swerve them entirely and use nothing but the exchange.

A number of firms have signed up to a minimum lay payout of £500 online on class1/2 races which I think include: VC, Skybet, PP, Sportsbook and Hills, this is something of an improvement

Davy I’d disagree.

If they can’t price something properly for the masses, then don’t create a market for it.

Maybe unreasonable but every single market should be 500 liability.

The fact they advertise “don’t bet silly bet savvy” is completely laughable when they just ban winners.

Anybody know from this is worth a shout with the Advertising Standards Authority?

Besides which, they clearly haven't thought the advert through. An American, which the 'silly' one is meant to be, wouldn't call our football, football, they would call it soccer. Football to them is what we call American football, which this guy clearly doesn't.

I must admit, both their adverts, and Laddies aren't aimed at anyone with a couple of brain cells, lets face it. On the other hand, if the latter want to provide me with an 'Iron Girl' outfit, I might not be quite as rude about them, lolCool

The one bookmaker that doesn't fall into that description for me, is B 3 6 5.
