as far as i can read this delta you are suggesting that if i back a horse at 3/1 in the AM and 4/1 just before the off, i would be paid out at 6/1 (i.e. the average of the 2)?

Nit picking over a couple of quid in a post is a bit daft imo.
Why isn't someone querying his original staking of this bet, he's basically risked another £150 to try to protect his £30 stake at 7/2. The win would have won him just £108, he could have had 5 more bets on 7/2 chances with his saving stakes. His place bets if both successful would have only returned about £77 profit. Just one 7/2 winner out of his next 5 selections would return £105! We all know he's told porkies, lots of people do on anonymous forums but he does know a lot about form analysis and racing in general even if his gambling is atrocious! |
