Form Genie Problems.

Hello,

For about 10 days, I successfully used Form Genie in Test Mode.

Unfortunately, I had to close my old Betfair account and open a new ond due to a security problem.

Unfortunately, I have had a very stressful 7-10 days trying to connect Form Genie to my new account. I can log in to Form Genie but it doesn't retrieve my Betfair balance or the racing markets. Therefore, it's unusable.

- Form Genie is very responsive to emails and I must have about 20 emails from him regarding this. Unfortunately, he is very "This is an issue with Betfair and not Form Genie". Some of his emails are quite blunt and defensive and not the best Customer Support I've received.

- Betfair Customer Support seem to have limited knowledge of the bot, telling me to log in via the Form Genie website and not the actual program! They refer me to Developer Support.

- Betfair Developer Support say that it's a Form Genie issue as the API is operating as expected.  They tell me to refer the issue to Form Genie directly and they can contact Betfair if they believe there's an issue from their side that affecting the software.

Form Genie has declined to contact Betfair and is telling me to sort this out myself! He becomes angry when I forward him emails or communications with Betfair and tells me that Betfair are wrong!

I have tried reinstalling the software and turning off my antivirus and firewall without success.

I paid £499 for this software and I am very upset with being passed between Betfair and Form Genie. I do believe that this is a Form Genie problem because I can use betfair.com easily.
