If you want to take breeding literally then you'd have to have Rockin Roy as a decent plus IF it went with some cut.

Hi Guys,
I sent an email (polite) to Charlie Fellowes earlier, so i'll post any response, assuming i receive one of course. I simply asked why Snazzy ran poorly yesterday, change of ground (only raced on good to firm before) or maybe she didn't like the visor ? Obviously not her true form, she was beaten 2f out and is better that that. I'm not concerned with the losing stake, it wasn't significant anyway, i'm just curious. |
|
By:
I'm guessing that the softened ground will be offered as a ready made excuse

i thought the first time visor would be used as part reason, time wasnt particularly slow.

Ithekonow,
Totally agree, but not overanalyzing. If she had been beaten a couple of lengths, fine, call it an off day, but i'm simply curious for future reference. Reading Charlies web-page the filly was well thought of by some of the stable staff, she did have the best form line in the race and was well backed later, even before the 2 x NR's. Glasgow, Yes i suggested soft ground and fto visor in my email. |
