RUK £10 offer

Anybody else enduring this shambolic situation: contacted RUK to take up the offer - registration completed, bank details taken, told all gone through then informed that software to allow streaming to commence had crashed and to try again in a couple of hours to ascertain current position. Beggars belief!!!!!!
