I think Laurens has safely got the best form in this race. That said my main bet will be 4/6 to place and a win to cover any discrepancies and also to bag a few quid with the win.
That said I'm fairly bullish about the place. g/l all.
Eziyra jockey choice is interesting, Des who rode it at Leopardstown has presumably chosen to stay at home as he thinks Zuenoon is the better option for a win today in the opener at Killarney, on the other hand Dermot rarely sends one over unless he thinks it can do itself justice, a puzzler...?

But I for one but I for one would not let McDonald ride in a Group 1. He was all over the place at the start and just does not have the ability for this grade imo.
No excuses. Beat fair and ....But I for one but I for one would not let McDonald ride in a Group 1. He was all over the place at the start and just does not have the ability for this grade imo.
Like I said, no excuses but was always on the back of my mind that my selection had spent most time without a run....by far apart from Horseplay which was another failure. No trainer here but best keep them fresh for the Group 1s?

When I say failure I meant not in the first three. Now, as it happens this will be my last say on the matter. I was more or less aware of my fate after 3 furlongs.
The late great Fred Winter once said that a race can be decided on the back straight. That is correct imo but on the flat a race can be decided at the start or a poor ride going for the line.
To cut a long story short, I remember when McDonald was a job jockey and imo nothing has changed.
