I do not Twitter myself.

I doubt many betfair employees even know about this forum nowadays.

it's very annoying that they don't update the forum as to what is happening.

i don't use twitter .

Yet they clutter up this forum with all their service announcements.

All bets that were unmatched prior to the site going down will be settled as voided bets - any matched bets will stand.

Wrong. Unmatched bets with Take SP selected will be settled at SP.

it's all part of a business communicating with it's customers . this is the second outage in a few weeks, no explanation of why it happened and what they are doing to try to prevent it happening again . no apology . not exactly great customer service is it willie YSFDC
