API refreshing for me but balance showing as £0.00 and can't place a bet

All races suspended - It crashed whilst I was trying to get some lays matched - Balance frozen. Been down for about 20 minutes.

How come there are hardly any matched bets on purple right now? Much less than normal. You would expect the opposite when BF is down.

How come there are hardly any matched bets on purple right now? Much less than normal. You would expect the opposite when BF is down.

Had to use S Markets here, Bet Quack not an option, as I used to do some hospitality stuff for them so I'm not allowed a Bet Quack account or Lads for that matter.
Dom, isn't it sensible to use smarkets wherever possible anyway as it's 2% comm?
There's pretty much zero liquidity on there, especially in the place markets though.
they don't seem to bother communicating with us mere customers anymore on this forum .
But if you put your money in at same price as on here you'll usually get matched. (Although bit harder when BF has crashed).
Just 70k matched on the last race on ****, but at least its bloody well stable.

What happens if you had sp multiples placed on the races that crashed? I had the two Oisin Murphy winners 3.10 and 3.40
I've had lays of Lean on Pete paid out when I really don't think those bets should stand. Really poor.
Same here john92 but with Siyahamba. Wouldn't be happy if it had won.
Didn't realise that Shady.... i thought they voided all bar the pre race matched bets when the freeze happened mid race.....didn't know they matched in running keep bets placed pre race
