Correct serious answer is that none of them are winners, no Companies marketing budget would ever be used to entertain people who were responsible for taking large amounts of profit from them, it is not difficult to understand unless you choose to apply the blinkers or bury your head in the sand.
No business model I have ever seen in operation would recommend you spending huge chunks of your budget on parties that represent your worst nightmare, the goal to achieve each financial year is to maximize its profit margin for shareholders, which means extracting everything they can from their proven best clients which obviously for bookmakers is those that lose the most amount of money.
No surprise that the referred to losers go into denial and steadfastly refuse to accept the truth, they live in hope that one day they will turn it around, truth is if they did manage it, all the freebies would increase initially to entice them to return to their losing ways, but once it was established that the persons mindset had changed for the better (worse for the bookmaker) all freebies would cease instantly and said person would be heavily restricted or refused.

Only thing I have going for me as a fence sitting £2 feeder that loses daily and couldn't pick pine cones from a pine tree.........oh the shame...!
Anyone remember that Coral's documentary the lad who took Chris Melling (pool player) seemed a shrewdie albeit a bit fly maybe the odd winner is invited,not saying that is the case here as that guy was a sports bettor not a horse better they may take more £ on sports.
