I think Washington DC has the ability to win this blindfolded, but I also think he is an absolute rogue who will need to be in the mood.
I think Battle Of Jericho will struggle. For me Caspian Prince will set it up for Mabs Cross, Havana Grey or Washington DC. I've actually done the trio in a CFC. I've placed layed Jericho.

She's had 3 gallops, all relatively steady. She looks very slow at home. The boys in yard say she needs 10f minimum. No confidence behind her in yard and they will be very surprised if she was in the first three. They were hoping rain would come for Magical but it hasn't, but she should run OK.
I've put my thoughts on my Ballydoyle thread, but I'm on Damselfly and Sarrocchi without the first two in the betting.
I'll be astonished if September wins. I won't be surprised if she's out the back.

After all her problems it was a miracle they got her back to the track this season and she's done no serious work and wants further. Seamie has given her a nice comeback run and she will come on bundles for that run. They will be pleased with that. She's been showing nothing in her work at home and all her gallops were steady. She's ran a fair bit better than I expected her to, tbh. The aim is the Prix De L'Opera in October. She can now have 2/3 weeks work at home providing she comes back home sound and then look for a 10f race end of August to put her spot on for Longchamp. I wouldn't say that was pathetic, it was as much as the yard expected, if anything she has run better. She hasn't been able to get past 75-80 rated horses at home in her steady work, so she's run pleasing.
Damselfly ran okay, not sure she quite stayed. I thought 2f out she was in with a shout. I would like to see her in a mile handicap off her dropping mark.
Magical done it nicely enough, she wants cut in the ground but it's nice to see her back.

Wish I'd read your Ballydoyle post earlier...she's been an unlucky horse to follow for me...twice last year should have won, lost the ante-post money in the Guineas and Oaks, and then today's "effort"...I'm taking encouragement from the fact you saw some promise in today's run
