What are the chances of Newbury actually getting their 1st race off on time?

As per usual - no urgency whatsoever. When will the BHA do something?

For a 19 runner 2yo race of mostly debutants I would give them a pass for being off late.

But they didn’t start to walk behind until gone 2pm Barton.  That’s what I find so frustrating. Otherwise I’d agree with you..

Shouldn't have 19 runner 2 year old races!

Or go down to the start a little earlier!

The way they are ambling down for the next is backing you up.

This is not an isolated incident for this course.  But they’ll continue in this vein until financial penalties for inexcusable tardiness are imposed..

Loaded the first horse 6 minutes after off time. they don't gaf.

Something needs to be done, showing no respect whatsoever for other meetings that are forced to wait around.

Does this  put horses who are trained to the minute @ a disadvantage??
