Cork and dopey

Not a peep from the clowns

Burkey showing himself up yet again, If you read the thread properly you will find posts where we both said well done DC!!

They may have had hints of sarcasm, but they were there..

You read and then twist the facts to suit your own agenda you idiot.

And get some new material you're wearing thin now with your repetitive garbled diatribe..

I put uo a horse yest as I had seen it schooled jumping like a dream

Where was it schooled to and who by? Or were you meant to say someone else seen it and told me, so I took their tip and put it on here...

Exactly MD  - he never saw it being schooled - he simply read about it/was told about it and put that info up here - nowt wrong with that if thats how you put it out there in public domain..... but as per the norm wiv Mart he has to add his own bells and whistles to it and it all becomes a load of bull

Indeed Shears, will prob come back and say he was sent a video of it I guess. Maybe he did see it when he has been on all of those train journeys, a quick stop off to his mate Skelton and offering him his vet advice for a trade to see some schooling?? You never know, a man who gets everywhere and knows plenty of owners.....on a forum.

I put uo a horse yest as I had seen it schooled jumping like a dream  it had had a second wind op ,

Mart I think you are telling pokies again!

Seek help and guidance burkey, up all night seething about dopey and myself and posting about us at 7am, before a hard day on the wood, you profess to be more intelligent than everyone else and yet resort to a post like the above which is something you would expect from a spoilt or spurned child.
So where best to start, item by item I suppose is best, not that I would expect you to read, understand or accept it, as that is not the way you function is it

ryanwe - yes I did back a few of his selections as they were horses I had selected myself, for my own purposes I kept a p&l of each contributors picks and a few people asked me for their stats which I was happy to provide them with by pm. The overall thread stats were posted but no one was ever identified as that is how ryan wanted it, though from posts it was fairly obvious who the most profitable and prolific contributions came from to anyone who spent time reading it, suffice to say you were not anywhere near the top. As it is no longer of any consequence as I only keep them for my private use and you in your own words are happy to take centre stage, best to put the numbers out for all to make their own minds up of our respective efforts

burkey 80th of 85 - loss of 29 (5 winners from 62 picks)
cork 2nd of 85 - profit of 46  (7 winners from 64 picks)

The real irony of your post is that you accuse me of backing ryans tips and you are the one putting on for him and posting them on the forum as your own, hence you have been quiet lately as ryan has little activity in July and August.

Andrew in Sweden - I contributed several posts like many but not once did I or would I follow him in as 1) I only play my own selections and 2) as a rule I do not lay, if complimenting someone on their efforts is now a crime then yes I am guilty along with numerous others, it was of course noted that you chose to have a dig at Andrew when you realised his thread was getting more posts than anything you yourself put up, by mocking him and saying that laying was easy, though on the efforts you have put up it would seem more difficult than you are prepared to admit

Monday - Yes you put up 3 winners 8/13, 6/4 and 11/4 and a forecast and as dopey has already advised we both posted well done, what were you expecting a symphony orchestra fanfare...? Your comment that we said nothing is an example of everything that is wrong with you, too ignorant to actually read what is posted and then just make up anything that suits your agenda at the time depending on your mood

Tuesday - You put up a loser and yes I commented on it, why wouldn't I, if you want the well dones you have to accept the criticism when you pick a dud, were we the only two to post, no of course not, but selective as ever, dopey and I get the abuse because you just can't handle us, sooner you learn you are nothing special and we are free to comment on that fact the easier life will be for you, others above have already pulled you up on your lies making out it is your info when you are feeding off others (how ironic..!)

betfair accounts manager - again your refusal to read a post shows you up, in your chip on shoulder days of your condition, you accused me of all kinds of things and I said fine I'll speak to my account manager (everyone has one, irrespective of whether they ever use or contact them) to establish the facts and obtain confirmation of what you had spouted, low and behold he came back to me and confirmed everything you had said was a lie, no complaints about me and nothing to reproach myself for and having just checked, the thread that you chose to make such an issue of is still there despite your constant whinging and crying to the moderators, why, because of course there is nothing in there that is offensive, that only ever existed in your imagination, like so many other things

£2 bet - no idea where you got this from, you have of course never been able to support your accusation, not that I could care less, as if I were backing in pennies it would and should be of no concern to you, it is sad that you are so jealous of people you have and never will meet purely because you know they have better lives than you, my bets are large enough when I have them and they are with my own money not like those you have with ryanwe's funds

Think this post comfortably deals with your last point about showing you up, not that it is difficult, you do that every time your fingers hit the keyboard.

Some points you could clarify for me, I thought I was blocked so why are you reading my posts, why do you persist in belittling GG by using him like a puppet and why have you reneged on the challenge with shafter, is it lack of funds or because you have a pathetic strike rate pre race as witnessed by all on here...?

Think very carefully about what you say before you reply as none of us want the laughing stock of the forum banned again and you tend to seethe and lose it when someone tells you the truth which is that you are nothing but a failed compulsive gambler who lives in lala land.

Hope you enjoyed your day at work and apologies to everyone else for the length of the post, it needed to be said though in response to the lies and accusations.

Bang on the money Cork

He sure seems to get your goat Cork - Why let him bother you so much?

and dopey, there's some irony in your last sentence.

Afters shears

Afters m8 - got ya message the other day thanks

You're welcome m8.

Everything X'd

Well said Corky, and congrats on your profit on Ryans thread

Stats - i think its a bit of a fix to read Marts ramblings on here and generally i can have a laugh at him if not wiv him cos his behaviour is all rather sad - but he seems to have lasted longer on the conveyor belt than many more loony tunes that have come before and will no doubt continue to come long after we are gone .Im sure others feel the same but he does press plenty of peoples buttons on a regular basis

Simple statsman previous, the abuse he posted was beyond acceptable, hence it was all taken down, I remember it all though and am happy to remind him of the error in judgement he made when choosing to verbally abuse me and more importantly my family, I have all the time in the world free to do as I please and it irks him, it bothers him and you it seems, not me.

Cheers st2r and redrob

This would be the same Cork Langer who was an absolute legendary tipster during the halcyon days of the US forum, just as knowledgeable on the UK/Irish stuff too

That's the way it appears shears.

I regularly look in and smile to myself, but not always at mart's posts.

@ cork

Cheque in post shady...!

Happy days, often wonder what happened to some of the fellows from those days, occasionally a name pops up on here that I remember, but all too rarely, hope you are well and turning a profit, gl

The real irony of your post is that you accuse me of backing ryans tips and you are the one putting on for him and posting them on the forum as your own, hence you have been quiet lately as ryan has little activity in July and August.

Well the cat is out of the bag, I assume ryan needed a long term losing punter so he could get his bets laid.

Stats I don't think he gets anyone's goat on here to be honest, and you are entitled to your opinion but there are some who won't stand for his lies and antics and yes even I can get repetitive but I am not the only one.

How many times do people have to post before he actually reads properly and takes in what people are saying to him.

As an example if anyone has a go at him he soon turns on them and they get the same treatment he gives to myself, Cork, Magic, willie etc etc. Or anyone else for that matter.

Anyone on here who has fallen for his carp and followed him blindly must be ruing the day they ever saw his posts.

Have a good day

Even that Gutty fella gets it right sometimes

Thanks Cork, I'm trying my hardest mate.

Shut up koi why because u never seen it idiot   Clueless guess as per

seen it repairing a fence.

watched our horse school near perfect at home, so much so, the trainer said he had never had one who attacked the schooling hurdles at home, as well as he did. for a 3yo that was some achievement even in his stable.

first hurdle run he didnt jump well and ended up unseating the rider 2 out, all be it more the jockeys fault.

my point being mart, i have seen many gallop, many school live at the stables, not on video as you are obviously doing and having had my fingers burnt, i would never bet anything purely based how well it has schooled at home.

Shut up koi why because u never seen it idiot   Clueless guess as per

I rest my case, burkey will attack anyone who questions him..

Grow up man...

Cork, just to clarify something, someone that used to help put bets on for me would ask Mart and other people, I can't say I cared who it was with.

He's only ever put two bets on for me that I asked for, which was over a period of a month, some time ago, I think it was around xmas time.

I'm sure some of those bets were posted on here back in the day, which wasn't great to see, but it's difficult when you're trying to make a living and you are relying on others - Word was he was just on the wind up, which I wasn't happy about, but beggars can't be choosers.

I've not relied on anyone for ages now, The bloke that put my bets on moved on, and I've found my own way to get on - going through all people and all their accounts is just not sustainable in today's game, it doesn't matter what you do, the accounts will never last long if you beating the SP and all that sheet.

I am pretty sure he does have big bets, whether he still helps out other people with getting on, it's none of my business.

Mart has his faults, we all do. Putting all these bets up after they win is always going to wind everyone up, he sent the same to me  - I roll my eyes too, no one wins all the time, but I'm gonna guess he likes the adulation of having a winner, like most of us - When I did speak to him for a month or so, he was upfront with what he was backing. When he's not involved with all this other sheet, you can have a laugh with him, and I appreciate him for helping me to get on, when it was never possible at that time.

This message is too long, and a lot of people won't even know who I am, but someone might find it a little bit interesting.

Got to admit im a bit amazed he has turned on koi, because koi stood by him for a long long time

Dunno what happened

Who are ya

This must be the longest you've been on here without being banned?

going through all people and all their accounts is just not sustainable in today's game, it doesn't matter what you do, the accounts will never last long if you beating the SP and all that sheet.

Mart will finish you for that outrageous lie Ryanwe...

Ghosty - koi questioned him and as per normal he went for him, and has had sly digs for a few months now

No problem Ryan, was merely recounting what burkey had posted on here in his ever boastful nature, it is of no consequence who he is putting on for, your name was used as he probably felt it would ring bells with people, you did and still do have a respected reputation on here.
Hope all is well with you and that a profit is still being eeked out.

Ghost, a perfect example of how the mood changes, flavour of the month one minute, enemy the next, all for pointing out an error or questioning the validity of a statement, it is how he rolls and he fails to appreciate the harm it does, his next post to koi could be the reverse, all pally asking about his dog as if the previous one never happened, has no "cop on" as we would say and never will have.

Im a good boy now Ryan

Knew something must of happened.

He told me it was cos he was putting on big bets for serial losers - no comment

Cork, I saw mention me being hounded off the forum or something a few times, but I've had it pretty easy on here really - no one is ever saying I'm sheet, it's more those questioning my intentions which did annoy me.

When I first started posting on the forum, I honestly can't remember how many years ago it was, could be 10 or something, some fake rumour got out that I had a secret tipping line - but all it takes is £2 under a bookie price on here and something will start crashing - and I do get why people don't like me putting things up early if they were looking to play too, but sadly, we are in this horrible dog eat dog game because no one can get on, and it's not bloody changing.

This is just a hard place to do something remotely good without people being suspicious.

For me, trying to aspire to be the best at something, or at least be good at it, having that competition among like minded people is what I enjoyed on here.

Sadly, there's just so much bitterness on here that it put people off, and that really segregated the forum. I miss the old days where you could actually talk through a race with strangers, get different opinions, banter etc etc but it just turned in to a slog of, I'm backing this, here's why - that does get monotonous.

Everything is fine btw, I can't actually remember the last winner I put up though - it's fair to say, this has been my roughest month for quite some time.

Goes with the territory Ryan, but both yourself and Andrew in Sweden have proven that it can work if you keep your feet on the ground and a sense of humour to deal with any detrimental posts.
You are always top of burkeys list of positive posters hounded off, the irony being of course his posts are often the ones that cause conflict between people on decent threads of which there are all to few these days.
If he were to cut out the after timing and were able to take the banter as well as he gives it, people would overlook the tall tales, but he won't of course because then he doesn't get the attention he so badly craves.
We will all plug on making our money as best we can though until the whole thing comes to a full stop, best of luck

I stayed away from AIS thread as soon as he posted as knew there would be some sly digs in there somewhere against others which I wouldn't take. He managed to have a pop at AIS for laying Russia when they won 5-0 saying it was a poor bet after the result - even though AIS put them up as a back!!! He soon left after the thread was flying, and knew he couldn't contribute as would have been shown up badly.

Russia when they won 5-0 saying it was a poor bet after the result

Can rem that, think it was me that pointed it out to him

Yes you did, when I read it I thought I better leave it at that!

What a bunch of losers

Welcome to the madhouse MANL

Denzil is correct, that's why I aint been on it.

Crossbar job today wiv Bardet for me

MANL has been around before...nap

but he's coming around again

We have a winner

G clear top on my figures again.

Sagan tomorrow.

this place...... Coventry..... fill in the blanks

Or Colbrelli

Any threads where horses are actually tipped to win ?

brilliant stage mind mouse - shirley Thomas shud be allowed to win from here cos he is clearly in better fettle/on better drugs than Froome right now - fact that Doumoullin is on Froomes toes right now makes it a head scratcher for sky

G in the form of his life. The frogs are still booing him now just because he's Sky but he's never once been under any suspicion. Yes, he should be given his chance.

Dumoulin very dangerous, now looking a better climber than Bardet/Nibali/Quintana.

Are they not like?

not getting any younger neither - needs a mechanical from Froome next few days cos he been much the better rider this tour much the same as Froome was in the 2012 tour when Wiggins won it

He deserves it. I reckon he'd have won the giro last year if it weren't for that idiot cop.

everyone wins on betfair denzil.....

meanwhile back on love island

Forgive my ignorance still green as they say .
Didn't realise yous were into cycling,I'm into doping in cycling love the documentaries.

Boring stage tomorrow. Back on the flat but all the big sprinters have been eliminated in the alps.

It's legal doping now Den, it's all about stretching the rules rather than breaking them.

True if you don't dope you can't cope.

Always been a great rider but cycling is very much a sport for a wage mentality - "do as we say and we will pay"- teams are set up wiv an end agenda and it aint always the best riders that win the race - #chessonwheels

Unfair on G though who does have a totally unblemished record and doesn't play the asthma card.

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/wales/43319799

He is like a breath of fresh air

always loved the tour and giro as well for that matter - probably came about from sitting around and getting agitated whilst missus was lapping up the sun on foreign holidays and seeking an excuse to find some shelter and bumping into wall to wall coverage of it

MANL

Wot were you banned for last time

Ya wanna take them holidays in France, July or Italy, May.

Might go see a bit of the vuelta this year.

Greece in July - Paleokastritsa Corfu 98 when Les Bleus did a number on Brazil - satellite was so shyte back then that we never had a scooby who had won btwn Holland/Brazil back then cos the place was beset by magical thunerstorms for days on end

Not banned ,think you got the wrong guy

where you been hiding then cos ive seen that username many times in the past

Was what ryanwe used to say smirnoff MANL

Making A Nice Living

I just used it as a username , hopefully it will bring me some luck

Thats ok smirnoff dont mention it
