I'm not sure that Mr Huge would've amassed his $670 million over here,as soon as he backed a coincidental pricewise horse or a couple of shorteners he'd've been restricted to pennies imo.

Re Alan Woods (MR Huge) :
Why is he on the list ? He passed away over 10 years ago ! You can't take it with you !
Maybe Phil Bull should be No.1 on the list .

I see that 3 of the 5 concern themselves with looking for value. Does this mean they do they rounds searching for the best deals at Aldi & Lidl?

Reynard, Phil Bull was never a successful
Punter, in fact hé was a terrible punter, bookies
Used to fall over themselves trying to lay his bets

Hé had a very successful business, thsts how he made his
Money. Watch the documentary on him, he goes into the ring asking
For a monkey on one at 13/8, bookies goes, a monkey at 7/4 to Mr.Bull
Thank you Mr.Bull

Be surprised if Nevison ever made any money from
Punting, listening to his pre race views, gets some right
But lots wrong. Didn’t he make a couple of hundred grand
Off thst filly thst finished in the frame in the Oakes. Sounds
Like he picks up a grand a week at RUK.

That’s his only income I’d suggest ??

You should give up with opinions if you think Dave never made money from punting or try a bit of research?
By:
ponchoslament
When: 06 Jul 25 18:45
Yeah Cag, well hé set up tipping lines, tipped up lots
Of shorts ones, most beat, then screwed some of his punters over
he couldn’t back one into a stable

Gets a salary from punditry and some other gigs
Raises his profile etc.

If the story of him owing 5k to a Scottish bookie true, taking 6 months
To pay it back, will tell you all you need to know??

Not one of these pundits,  make, could make  of have made money
Punting, not one of them, and they will tell you thst themselves

Findlay probably made some dough, in the end, and he was a huge staking
Punter compared to the likes of Nevison

Like most of those pro punters thst winger wanger
Puts up on his you tube channe, some of the stuff they
Come out with is comical, biggest bluffer is holder

Most of them appear to raise their profile, and run tipping
Lines, goes through 1000’s of punters, and end up with a
Hard core of subscribers

Winger wanger is there to convince the new generation, look here
Here’s dozens of pro punters, you too can be a pro punter
And you can open an account with firms im promoting

Might be one or two exceptions, thé hard core exxsex geezer
Who had serious issues with Covid. Can’t remember his nam,  because dont speak English.
But I’d seriously like to
Know how they get on. Not having we have people opening
Accounts etc, thst dont work anymore

Eye eye, and you can lob in all those fcuking traders/arbers
The biggest bluffer is some bloke thst sells third party software
Was an ex para, csnt remember his name, absolute fcuking joker

I asked him to provide a potential arb on a race, just so I know
You can spot thé over priced under priced one, hadnt a clue

Asked him for a p/l on any hé, so I could get an understanding of
How he claims to make a living. Nope nothing

Hé then started deleting all my posts

some punter asked him do you need to be an expect on horse
Racing to be a successful trader, no no hé said, you don’t need to
Anything about horses

His name will come to me soon

listened to some of the talk at that big bash thing, lots of the poachers seem to have turned in to gamekeepers,[ bookies ] who see their job as to rinse the mugs and avoid/ban  anyone they think has a chance of winning, and try to pick the brains  of the nerdy.techy types whove invented winning programmes etc, some techy invented a surefire smelly ew/arb by screening the oddschecker grid
anyone heard/no anything about it ?
By:

When: 06 Jul 25 19:21
1Tp there’s lots of them trying to convince the new generation
Of punters, ever dwindling gen of punters, it seems, thst data, tech,
Trends etc is how you can make money. Abosolute rubbish laddie
Get in wiv ter werk

Another one Is Mathew Trenchaille ( trench ) to his mates
The absolute cal hé came out with, Jesus, but dont you know
He’s opened up a new business, he’s available for advice, for a fee
Of course

Not forgetting the Mp’s son that spunked 5 or 6 million of investors
Money, who da hell was that stupid to invest in this bilge

cheers ponch
i dont act/bet on any of this stuff ,but i like listening to anyone discussing /debating it,heard AK going about goal celebrations/shirts off etc
before l recently retired ,never heard horse racing mentioned once but all the young lads talked non stop about betting on goal celebrations, shirts off etc, they had lists of players ex clubs.where they may have had a dodgey red card, bust up in previous games so might be up for taking their shirt of when scoring, apparently their now considered smart bettors
