Brian Meehan's horse has better figures than the Ryan horse and Ellison horse and has traveled a long way to be the yards only runner today. I've bet it win, 3 place and 4 place, think it should be a lot shorter than 4/1

It does Striding, bar the Kevin Ryan horse I done my gnads on at Musselburgh.
Got profit with 2nd from my horse with the place and 4 place bets, winner impressive mind.

He's got close form lines with Crisfords runner (cupboard love came out and sluiced up nto) so he should know whether his runner has much of a chance tonight.

Far more likely it's the other way round Dom and it just doesn't have the required pace to see out 5 quick enough.
You could be right though it's never an exact science trying to figure this out, many of his just don't have the pace and then go up in trip and it works wonders only time will tell and the betting should give a clue on this one.

Traveled well everytime, found little. Early season, Mark blamed that they hadn't galloped on grass as why she hadn't won, and said pre Newmarket and Carlisle she was the fastest of his 2yo fillies. Prob works over 4-5f at home and is naturally quick into stride. Short runner and cheap speed, through and through for me. Bred for a mile plus however and likely still weak and not seeing her races out. I would not be surprised to see after 3/4 more tries in 5/6f maidens she is sold cheaply at sales and ends up doing well for a small trainer next year as a well handicapped 3yo after a break over 8f +.
