i had a bet last week in a ladbrokes here in ireland thats a best odds guaranteed shop.as i was working the following day i done it at 9pm on tues night. the horse won at bigger odds than i had on docket .but when i went to collect i was told that bog doesnt apply overnight? this is a very very sneaky thing that not many punters would know about. there was another shop beside the one i backed in and horse was same price. with no overnight stipulation about bog.i know where ill be going from now on..but then as a friend of mine said.".its ladbrokes"..you cant trust them

I went in, on their board they stated guaranteed to lay a bet to 2K tried to place a bet to win £500 refused !!
if you're betting anything worthwhile online with baldy before 8am he'll be all over you like a rash ... probably followed by an important account information email
everywhere in the shop its big red writing.."best odds guaranteed"..then you have a bet and the dishonesty clicks in with them.it cost me 250. and there was a shop beside it with none of that silliness or slyness. hard enough back winners but they wont ever see me in there again.magic sign is right. magically they leave you short.
I didn't know that about bets placed the night before didn't get BOG, that is very snidey indeed.
place it the night before in ireland, not only do they not give you bog they are perfectly entitled to keep your money even if the bet wins. now that would be very snidey ..
From what I remember from the posters outside Ladbrokes shops it used to be BOG after 1pm the day of the race but could've changed now.
