'Starters' what about when one set of stalls opened then a few seconds later the other set opened.

It was an evening meeting at Bath 5f in the 1990s first set of stalls opened those's horses were out and running then the second set opened.

You might be surprised to hear the horse which won the race came from the first set of stalls lol it was a 50/1 chance bye the way.

Result stands after stewards I go in and ask what the fcuk is going on I am told only the starter can declare it a no race.

The horses in the first set of stalls were out and running  crossed over to the rails in front of the horses in the second set.

Maybe someone on here could find the race I am talking about if I remember right it was the first race for two year old's would be interesting as to what they said about the race.
