bit worried about the draw for this one. might get trapped out wide.

She's a lovely filly, but huge ask for such an inexperienced horse. Wild Illusion is a massive price for an Oaks second who is a proven stayer and proven horse in the grade, running from a bang in form yard back on ground she wants.

Draw a major negative for Sun Maiden.

Fancy the Oaks form to hold sway. Perhaps Perfect Clarity is a spot of value. Only a point bigger than Magic Wand at Epsom.

I'm on Wild Illusion, to win and to place and 4 Place. Also had a small saver on Athena win and 4 place. I think she is overpriced and think she is a bigger danger than Magic Wand.

i've backed sun maiden, so I don't think it will win

2nd/3rd no cover. Both ran well considering.

draw didn't help but wouldn't have been good enough anyway.

Got my place and 4 place with Wild Illusion, and 4 place with Athena so profit on the race, but no joy in the win. Thought Athena travelled really well. Would really like to see her back over 10f.

Wouldn't be surprised if over time Sun Maiden improves past her as she wasn't given hard time and the Oaks Winner still looks decent enough, but it is a poor division this year for sure.
