if it runs to tvst standard it will be very hard to beat imo , causes arch posted a lowly 4 th best in this race and looked a confident lay bet to me , too 3 in this canardier 5 len ahead of eamon high and another 2 len to Jerez ! Over on the flat 3.00 sals jurz price of 11/8 it actually laughable , that stable is most certainly dictating its stingy price but it speed rating is very low- key I have pilot wings 4.5 len ahead of sorvrano here with fav another len away I wd strongly advice laying jurz ! Looking at a dif angle in the 2.30 I cannot separate the 1st two in the betting they should fight out the finish as the rest who have run are very slow ! In fact I wd chance a place bet on bsck the Boreen because surely it can predict a better rating than the rest of the dead wood in here who have predicted plater class times  |

That’s all down to choice some might do a double whammy lobby and do both others prefer to lay or bsck like I said am not here to advice what methods of bets your prefer , if you lay u have essentially bet all the other runners ! Rem these rateong are concluded from races these horses have already engaged in combad , horse can improve from one race to another or regress in some cases ! A word of note if a horse has achieved a higher speed figure st a slightly further dis I e dropping from s mile to 7 f nine times out of ten the horse who has achieved a similar ratings to the 7 f horse will win as he can susatsin the speed for longer and will produce that figure to the line unless the race is run at s crawl ! Then u can have the other side of the coin if the connections don’t want to play the best way to get a horse beaten is drop it in trip and hold it up !

I'm not a fan of speed ratings, but in certain races they can be quite helpful. However I'm not sure I would put any sort of faith in such ratings in relation to a field of mainly once or twice raced novices, with two that haven't even seen the racecourse. I will check in later and see how this pans out.

  am going ore holiday shopping , off all week , I done my ankle in it’s a horrid place to have injury , loved waking the dogs myself but not been even able to do that at min , been waiting for over s year for scans was told 4-8 weeks nhs don’t start me ! Might end up going private ! MRI scan next week my own fault was using a wheel barrow as a tressel kieled over one footvon the top of a skip came 4ft diwn on side of my ankle on solid concrete they had to cut my trainer off , I had had safety boots on but akways use trainers if going on a roof , can jumobabout like an orangutan that way . Am joining the gym again tvey are doing a deal pay 10 month up front get a year , has a pool so lots swimming in agony constantly that’s 14 months now amigo not good !  |

That's why you are always so angry Mart, you are in constant pain with your ankle, I can empathise with that, had bad knees for years but losing weight and plenty of HIIT and Pilates has helped tremendously. Still taking pain killers but cut them down and will stop taking them within the next year.
